Ingredients
- 4 large flat mushrooms
- 1 tin 415g of baked beans
- A generous amount of grated cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
Method
- Lightly season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Generously fill each mushroom with baked beans.
- Top with a layer of grated cheese, ensuring even coverage.
- Place the mushrooms in an air fryer preheated to 187°C and cook for 7 minutes.
- Once done, garnish with finely chopped spring onions before serving.
