Thread the mushrooms whole onto the skewers, or cut some in half to create a mixture.
In a bowl mix together the remaining Ingredients to create a marinade and then place the mushrooms in to marinate.
Put the marinated mushrooms on skewers, ready for the BBQ.
Finally, BBQ the skewers or cook on a griddle pan until cooked through. Baste with additional marinade occasionally while cooking, any leftover marinade can be used as a salad dressing or will keep in the fridge for a few days.
